An endearing memorial to one of Britain’s best-loved comedy double acts.
— The Radio Times

Written by Peter Cook and staring both himself and Dudley Moore, Bedazzled is a comic retelling of the Faust legend set in Swinging Sixties London. Moore plays Stanley Moon: a short order cook who sells his soul to the Devil (Peter Cook) in return for seven wishes with which to snag the object of his desire, co-worker Margaret (Eleanor Bron). But the Devil doesn't play fair and each wish is twisted to frustrate Stanley. A cult classic, Bedazzled is by far the most successful of the duo's forays onto the big screen (the less said about The Hound of the Baskervilles the better) and its cast includes Barry Humphreys (as Envy) and Raquel Welch (as Lust, natch).
